Datenschutz

The protection of your personal data is of special concern to Kunstraum Schwaz. Therefore, Kunstraum Schwaz processes your data exclusively in accordance with legal provisions (GDPR, DSG, TKG 2003). This privacy policy explains the type, scope, and purpose of collecting and using your personal data when visiting our website. Below, we would like to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in relation to the use of our website and online services, as well as your rights.

Personal Data

Personal data – according to GDPR, this refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person – is only processed by us when you actively provide it to us, for example, when registering for our newsletter, placing an order, or contacting us.

Data Storage

We collect, use, and manage your personal data according to Art. 6 GDPR only if you have given us your consent (according to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for processing the data for one or more specific purposes, or if we need your data to fulfill a contract or carry out pre-contractual measures (according to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data Usage

Kunstraum Schwaz uses the personal data provided by you exclusively to fulfill the respective processing purpose (e.g. registration, newsletter delivery, answering inquiries, sending information material to interested parties and existing customers), and stores this data as long as legally required. Within this context, Kunstraum Schwaz uses the data to, among other things, inform you about new exhibition dates, possible changes in the program, or directions.

When registering for the newsletter, your email address will only be used for the gallery's advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Unsubscribing is possible at any time. The unsubscribe link can be found at the end of each newsletter.

Data Security

In addition to complying with data protection principles and the obligation of our employees to maintain data secrecy, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to permanently ensure the security of data processing, i.e. confidentiality, integrity, availability, resilience, and prompt recoverability of the systems and services used.

Data Disclosure

In general, we do not disclose your data to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or the data disclosure is necessary to fulfill our obligations.

Contact

If you contact us via the contact form on the website, email, fax, telephone, or in writing, your provided data will be used exclusively to process your inquiry. We do not disclose this data without your consent.

Newsletter

On our website, you have the option to subscribe to our free newsletter. For this, we need your email address and your declaration of consent to receive the newsletter. When registering for the newsletter, you will receive a confirmation email to the provided email address. By clicking on the confirmation link in the email, you will be regularly informed about the schedule, offers, services, and news of the Gallery of the city of Schwaz.

When signing up to receive our newsletter, we process, as provided, your title, first name, last name, email address, the selected area of interest (newsletter topic), your IP address, and the date and time of registration in order to provide you with targeted information. The collected data is used exclusively for sending our newsletter. To improve our offering, we record opening and click behavior in relation to the newsletter for statistical purposes.

You can revoke your consent at any time and without giving reasons. The revocation can be made via a link in each newsletter itself or by notifying us via email.
