Stones in former ore mining areas in Tyrol are painted extensively with pencil. However, the stones themselves are not on display; instead, jars filled with pencil shavings created during the work process reference the project in the exhibition space. Using the labels on the jars — containing information about the location, coordinates, and the date of painting — interested visitors can visit the stones themselves after visiting the exhibition.
